The National Weather Service forecast for today in Hawaii calls for partly sunny skies with scattered showers on the windward and mountain portions of the islands and isolated showers on the leeward sides. Temperature highs will be in the 84 to 89 degree range, with east winds from 15 to 20 miles per hour.
